The Grippaz Story
Grippaz gloves, with worldwide patents, are exported to over 60 countries. The pandemic led many to try Grippaz, and they’ve since switched from disposable gloves.
Currently, 14 production lines in Thailand manufacture these gloves. Covco, the creator of Grippaz, has been in the glove-manufacturing industry since 1987. By the end of 2022, Grippaz sales and production capacity had surged by 500%.
Grippaz gloves represent an innovative range of long-lasting nitrile gloves, designed for use throughout an entire day or shift as needed. These gloves are produced using unique NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) formulations. A notable feature is the fish scale grip pattern embossed on the outer surfaces, which are identical on both left and right gloves. This exterior grip design enhances grip on held objects.
The grip pattern on Grippaz gloves is also present on the interior, reducing slippage against the skin and minimizing sweating. Designed for a close fit, they offer maximum dexterity. Though snug, the nitrile compound softens as it warms with wearer’s skin, shaping to the hand for a comfortable fit.
The result is less force needed for secure gripping of both dry and wet objects, reducing hand fatigue. These gloves also offer excellent protection against various chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and viruses.
